Nothing happens.
You have 24 people under you and one person has brought in one other person in a month. Everybody else has done NOTHING.
You scratch your head and wonder what the problem is.
Well, the problem is a little more complicated than you might think. Sure, there's a very good possibility that you're people don't know how to promote the business. There's also the possibility that a number of them don't have the time, as they are not only working a full time job but a second job as well. So what do you do?
You can't do anything about people who don't have the time. You really have to wonder why they bothered getting into the business in the first place, but that's out of your control too. What you can do is train them. Teach them everything you know about the business. Teach them all the promotional methods you use to make sales. Give them all the knowledge that you can. It will help, but it's not the total solution. Why? Because people, by nature, are lazy and don't want to work. So they need to be motivated. The question is, HOW do you motivate people? Well, it's not easy, but here are some tips.
The first thing you have to do IS give them the education. If they don't know what they're doing then they're going to be lost. People who are lost don't even know where to begin even if they were motivated. So teach them everything you can.
But what if that's not enough? What if all the knowledge in the world isn't enough to get them off their butts and do something? Well, there's a couple more things you can do.
One thing you can do to motivate people is to show them the success that YOU have had. Show them some of the screen prints of your income. Show them how many people you recruited last month. Give them some hope. When people see others having success they start to believe that they can have success as well.
Another thing you can do is offer them some personal incentives. Send an email to your team and tell them that for the person who brings in the most members that month you'll give them a personal bonus. Obviously you have to make it large enough to make it worth while for them, but small enough that you don't end up losing money from it.
Finally, if you have access to all their emails or phone numbers, keep in contact with them. Let them know that you are there for them. Don't write to them so much that they start to get annoyed with you. And don't badger. Encourage. Always be positive.
If you follow the above tips, you have a decent chance of having a downline that will bring you some results. And, if they need help with writing ad copy to promote the business, you can give them my Super Charged Sales Copy ebook which is free with the purchase of one of these products.
